Rules of use, disclaimers and general provisions.

metin2srv.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Do not use the Platform if you do not agree to the terms.

1. Definitions

  • User: A real or legal person who visits the platform or creates an account.
  • Içerik: Server listings, comments, images, links and all material posted/transmitted to the Platform.

2. Change in Terms

We may revise the Terms from time to time. We provide reasonable notice of material changes. The current version is published on the website and is effective from the date of publication.

3. Compliance and Accountability

  • You must meet the minimum age requirement under applicable law and have legal capacity.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and the transactions that occur through your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse registrations or suspend/terminate accounts at any time, if necessary.

4. Nature of the Platform (Directory/Communication Area)

The platform is a server directory and community space. The servers listed are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the claims and promises of server owners, external sites, links or the game experience. Rankings may be based on a variety of factors, including community feedback, editorial reviews, and technical signals, and may change over time.

5. User Access and License

  • You are solely responsible for your content, and you represent and warrant that it is accurate, lawful, and that you have the necessary rights.
  • You hereby grant us a license to host, distribute, distribute, stream, sublicense, publish and distribute your content on a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, transferable, sub-licensable and free of charge basis for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
  • We reserve the right of moderation: we may remove, limit the visibility of, or reject content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or violates the rights of any person.

6. Showcase Ürüns and Labeling

Showcase &Uluml;rüns only aim to increase visibility and do not affect listing criteria or editorial evaluation. Paid settlements are presented as a "showcase"

7. Refunds, Cüzdan and Returns

  • Cüzdan balance is a "zero-refundable credit" used for Platform içi digital services; it cannot be converted into cash (except when required by legislation).
  • & Payment methods can include bank/SWIFT transfer, Shopier ürün links and options such as BTC (on-chain). Üçünthü party infrastructures are subject to their own terms.
  • Prices may not include tax/dövisa charges; any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user.
  • Since Digital Showcase Ürüns are instant / süreli service, there is no refund for services delivered or partially / completely used during the period. In the event of defects caused by us that cannot be remedied within a reasonable period of time, credit or refund will be considered for the unused portion.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Unlawful activity; hate speech, harassment, fraud, malware, spam.
  • Rating/feedback manipulation; traffic/rating inflation through fake accounts or automation.
  • Infringement of intellectual property, privacy or personality rights.
  • Attempts to violate the security of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform and its components are owned by us or our licensors. text2srv.com and related logos are trademarks/service marks. Üçüncü party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Notification and Removal (Infringement Notification)

You can send your reports of infringement or misuse to support@metin2srv.com. If we deem it appropriate, we may remove the content, limit the account, and terminate the account for repeated violations.

11. Üçüncü Parties

External links and third-party services (e.g. payment providers, social networks) are independent. We are not responsible for the actions or violations of these parties.

12. Service Delivery and Modification

We reserve the right to change the platform, add/remove features, perform maintenance, or suspend/terminate service. Although reasonable efforts can be made, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages and loss of profits/lost data/reputation. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any third-party claims arising out of your breach of the Terms, your conduct, or your use of the Platform.

16. Termination

If you violate the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and access with or without notice. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have arisen.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes. Consumers reserve their rights arising from imposed local legislation.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Bölünability:If any one hüküm becomes invalid, the remaining hüküm's remain in force.
  • Waiver: Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Transferability: You may not transfer the Terms and your rights without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a business transfer.
  • Müc Reason: We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Language: This text is based on the Türkçe translation; English translation is for informational purposes.
